well, im going to try this again. I wish to thank a certain hero who was KIA may 30th 2007 in the Sangin Valley, Afghanistan. SGT. Brandon Hadaway Bco 3rd GSAB 82ND BCT 82nd Airborne Div. I think some americans have lost the true meaning of memorial day. INSTEAD they use it as a three day weekend to get drunk or pack the kids up and head off on that family summer vacation. I take my kids to Arlington National Cemetery and explain to them what it all means. (Kids are FULL of questions) and its how we answer these questions and how we raise our children which matters. Im no super brain, just a GRUNT who served in Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq. I believe every able bodied American citizen should serve in the military for two years minimum. Six months of those two years should be spent in some sh*t hole third world country. Let me tell you, that will change a persons outlook on life. Anyway, im signing off now. Sgt. Christopher H
